It all began in 2004; Muzi and Jason, each with their own unique style of mixing
realised their shared musical ideologies that inspired the inception of what
would become a matchless tag team to be known as mzee&jay. This
combination of technical prowess, musical agility and performance finesse
gave rise to a new movement in Hip Hop sets now known as Jay_Muzik
To date they have rocked clubs all over the country; From Johannesburg to
Durban to the Eastern Cape to Cape Town, Jay_Muzik wowed the crowds with
the best of Hip-Hop fused to flawlessness through mind blowing sets.
Jay_Muzik feels privileged to have shared the stage with the likes of Dj
Drama(U.S.A) Dj Waxxy, Ready-D, C-Live, Naked Dj, Bionic and Dj Kenzero.
With the guiding principle of respect and appreciation for the crowd the brand
recognises the importance for a Dj to consistently deliver a product that keeps
getting better with time. Longevity can be guaranteed through innovation.
Through these principles Jay_Muzik aims to become a world recognised Dj unit
always delivering technically skilled and pleasingly refined performance
through Hip-Hop.
It is through music that the world becomes one; it is through Dj’s that the
music unifies. Jay_Muzik ... Go Dj…
Jay_Muzik were resident Dj’s on Y-fm, Saturdays at 10pm
ALSO LOCAL HOUSE MUSIC MAESTRO ....DJ BLU ... will be taking care of you house lovers for the night we catering for everybody
